We are a family run business that has been trading over 14 years offering a very warm welcome and friendly service and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs whatever they may be. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction and we feel we offer high standards along with comfort and warmth. Our enthusiasm and passion to provide guests from all locations with an excellent stay has only grown.
Parkside Guest house is situated in the centre of Pollington, a small village offering friendly surroundings, with one traditional pub only a 10minute walk away, the Kings Head serving fine ales and fantastic food (highly recommended),. It is a 5-minute drive away from the old Market Town of Snaith, which offers numerous places to Eat & Drink as well as all the essential conveniences like food, Post Office.
The Guest House has regular maintenance works completed to make sure it is all at a very high standard all the time. Here at Parkside we offer all the comforts you could need during your stay but without the big price tag.
Parkside Guesthouse comprises of 9 en-suite bedrooms 7 of which are double rooms, 2 family rooms & a single room which are spacious and well equipped for that home from home stay. All rooms have Freeview TV with some offering Smart TV function also, Tea & Coffee making facilities and Fibre Optic Internet access are also included at no extra charge.
Parkside Guest House offers Continental Breakfast as standard for all our guests, which includes a selection of cereals, porridge, toast with jams/marmalade, seasonal fruit, yoghurt and a selection of warm drinks including instant coffee, a selection of teas & also freshly ground coffee with cafetiere.
The conservatory Dining room where you can enjoy your continental breakfast or other dishes is situated looking out onto the beautiful gardens and patio area, with a BBQ for guests to use for wining and dining in the summertime. #We also have some other great guest facilities within the Guest House including a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances to make your own evening meals, lunches or snacks should you require it. This includes enough fridge storage and cupboard storage for every room to have its own shelf in the fridge and cupboard.
We also have full size Snooker table & Darts set in a tastefully decorated Games Room, which is available for our guests to use upon request. We must remind guests, however that we operate a NO SMOKING policy throughout all of our facilities. The games room also has tea and coffee making facilities a fridge to cool your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in and it also has a toilet facility meaning you don’t need to nip back to your room.
All our guests are offered the best prices when they contact us directly and any guests requiring long stays discounts can be added and special recommend a friend offer can be given also.
We are able to offer all our guests off street parking and extensive CCTV is in operation 24hrs a day. Our property also has wheel chair access. We also have secure storage available for bikes ect.
