The safety of our Guests and Staff is paramount therefore we have put some strict measures in place to make sure everyone can enjoy their stay but safely during these uncertain times.

Firstly we must take all names, addresses and telephone numbers of all guests within a party / booking for track and trace reasons these details will be stored securely on our booking system and kept just in case we need to make contact with anyone.

Secondly we just wanted to let you know all our rooms are deep cleaned prior to your arrival and we have now incorporated a detailed cleaning list in all bedrooms and guest facilities which is signed and dated of when things have been cleaned to give you peace of mind you will be safe during your stay. Our throws and cushions in our rooms have remained but these are all washed prior to your arrival on a 60 degree wash with antibacterial washing detergent as we didn’t want your stay to become clinical we want it to be as close to a normal stay as it can be but also make sure your safe.

Our cleaning routine around our premises has been enhanced and we are servicing rooms during your stay whilst you are out of your room. However if you do not wish to have this service please let our House Keeper know.

We have installed many important and informative signs which guests must adhere to at all times along with sanitising stations all over the property.

All our bed linen and towels are washed on a 60 degree wash with antibacterial detergent so please be rest assured we are doing all we can to keep everyone safe.

Our staff have been provided the appropriate PPE to clean rooms and other guest facilities down.

We encourage guests to wear face masks in the communal areas but it is not a requirement we ask you respect each other and our staff and follow the social distancing rules and stay 2 meters apart at all times unless you are working together or normally reside together.

In terms of checking in and out our rules haven’t really changed most of our check ins are completed remotely as there is an access code to the property which you need to ring the option Cath on the door bell. Hand sanitiser is provided at the front of the property to use prior to ringing the bell or touching the key pad. The entry instructions will then be given. In terms of checking out we ask that you check out by 10am unless later check out time is requested upon booking and that you leave your key on the bed and make sure you have all your belongings with you.

COVID GUIDANCE DURING YOUR STAY
1.Please ring door-bell upon arrival and follow entry instructions given. Please sanitise hands prior to entry.
2.The downstairs communal toilet facility is not to be used during your stay you must use your own bathroom in your room.
3.Breakfast is now provided in the Breakfast room which is a continental style please adhere to notices around this area for hygiene guidance and sanitise your hands upon entry and exit.
4.All persons using self-catering Kitchen Area must be 2 meters apart or use this facility one person at a time. Persons using dining room must be 2 meters apart or unless you work together or normally live together. Please use the sanitation equipment to wipe down surfaces and door handles after use of this facility.
5. Any equipment or pots used for preparation of food or to eat from must be put in the dishwasher so the house keeper can put this on. Tablets are provided for this if you feel you need to put the dishwasher on due to volume of pots.
6. If you use our games room / snooker room please sanitise hands prior to entry and exit and use sanitation products provided to wipe down handles and pool ques upon exit.
7. Please use hand sanitiser provided around the facilities.
8. If you meet any other guests whilst checking in or preparing food please remain 2 meters apart and follow the strict social distancing measures.
